VIDYA PRAVESH ACTIVITIES
It is not just custom in KVS to give orientation to Class I students to face the formal education but also required to prepare the students through a smooth transition from home to school. The Class I students were given a grand virtual welcome through Pravesh Utsav and a plan of action was designed as per the guidelines of KVS. The activities included - Readiness Activities, Creative Activities and Alternative Academic Calendar Activities. The students were initially contacted individually, then in small groups of 6-8 students and slowly in large groups of 20-25 students. This resulted in comfortable induction of the tiny tots into the school system through online mode.

PLAN OF ACTION
Each
of the five sections are divided in to two groups of around twenty students.
Group 1 will be first interacted by Teacher -1 (class teacher) and Group 2 by
Teacher -2 (co teacher). Later the groups will be exchanged and teachers will
interact with the other group as well.
The
groups will be divided into smaller groups of 5-7 students and the teachers
will have small group interaction during the first two weeks both in English
and Hindi(if required in Telugu). These can be either on Whatsapp Conference
Calls or through Google Meet.
