PLANTATION DRIVE - VANMAHOTSAV
ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24
Van Mahotsav is an annual tree planting festival celebrated throughout India to honor and pay respect to the mighty creators and the lungs of Mother Earth.
Vidyalaya has observed Van Mahotsav on the 28th of July 2023. The teachers, students and all the other staff of the school celebrated this event by spreading joy and good words about plants.
This a motive taken to educate and make a habit for the children to respect and care for the plants.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2022-23
Environment Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan launched a month-long plantation drive to Mark Van Mahotsav. It was part of Van Mahotsav celebrations, that is celebrated in the first week of July every year since 1950 in India. Van Mahotsav (Festival of Trees) is an annual tree-planting movement in India.
Both students and teachers actively took part in the event.
