CELEBRATIONS
Dussehra, the festival that marks the victory of good over evil is celebrated in a variety of ways across our country. In the state of Telangana it is celebrated as a Bathukamma which is a tribute to mother Nature. The Telugu ladies dressed in colorful attire, decorate Bathukamma, a flower arrangement and consider it as Goddess Gowri. They go round the Bathukamma praying and singing songs. This was done in a grand scale in PM SHRI KV Tirumalagiri on 07/10/2024.
