9th International Day of Yoga 2022
Our vidyalaya has massively celebrated the 9th International Day of Yoga, which is observed on June 21 every year. Principal, Shri K Chandrasekhar garu have addressed the students about the Yoga Day and its benefits.
Students have enthusiastically participated in the various events, with the theme ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ aptly translating to One Earth. One Family. One Future.
Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi lead the celebrations at the United Nations (UN) headquarters with representatives from over 180 countries, his cabinet ministers and several other dignitaries took part in the mega Yoga events across India.
8th International Day of Yoga 2022
The International Day of Yoga is celebrated worldwide on 21st June every year. The theme for this year’s Yoga Day is 'Yoga for Humanity'.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi kick started the International Day of Yoga celebrations on Tuesday from the heritage city of Mysuru in Karnataka. “This time in India we are celebrating Yoga Day at a time when the country is celebrating its 75th year of independence, celebrating Amrit Mahotsav.
Mass Yoga Demonstration was performed by the Principal, Staff & all students.
7th International Yoga Day 2021:
This year the theme is 'Yoga For Wellness' and the focus will be on practicing yoga for physical and mental well-being.
