ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25

The first Parent Teacher Student meeting for the academic year 2024-25 was conducted on 24/08/2024. All the parents were shown the answer scripts of the Periodic Test -1 and the academic progress of the students was discussed. Parents were appraised of the student performance in the meeting.

The parents were requested to do the following:

1.The child is regular and punctual to the school.

2. The child is in proper uniform.

3. The child has well-groomed hair and trimmed nails.

4. The child completes his work and gets it checked by the teacher.

5.The child eats his breakfast before coming to school and carries nutritious and comfortable lunch.

6.The child revises his lessons regularly at home.

7. You are free to meet the teacher in case of any problem only after 2:40 pm. Please don’t disturb the teachers during school working hours.

8. Please plan your programmes according to the holidays of the school.

9. A leave letter is to be submitted in case of absence.

10. The school fee is to be paid before 15th of the fee months - April, July, October, January.

11.Contribute for the school welfare through Vidyanjali portal

12. Ensure the safety and security of your wards while dropping them and picking them up.

13. Spend quality time with your kids and see that they excel in their reading, writing and arithmetic.

14. Ensure that your child completes the written work and other assignments on time. Note that they carry 5 marks in the final promotion.

15. ⁠Subject Enrichment Activities should be done by your ward. Note that they carry 5 marks for final promotion.

16 Please avoid taking home your ward during school-working hours.

17. See that your child submits his MDP without fail as it carries 20 marks for the final promotion.

The teachers would like to meet you in person and discuss the academic performance of your child.

The report cards for Term -1 ( April- September) will be given to the parents on that day. The Half yearly answer sheets will also be shown to the parents.

Request to the parents:

The Second parent teacher meeting for the academic year 2022-23 on 22/09/2022. The students performance in the Half Yearly Examination was discussed with the parents.

The following are the request to the parents:

1. Please collect the report card and go through the half yearly answer scripts.

2. Meet the subject teachers and discuss your child’s academic performance.

3. Contribute for the school welfare through Vidyanjali portal

4. Ensure the safety and security of your wards while dropping them and picking them up.

5. Spend quality time with your kids and see that they excel in their reading, writing and arithmetic.

6. See that your child has sumptuous breakfast before coming to school.

7. Ensure that your child completes the written work and other assignments on time.

8. Please see that your ward is punctual in coming to school and avoid taking him/ her early.

PTA MEETING

PTA Meeting was conducted class wise by the class teachers and subject teachers. The meeting was conducted as per the schedule given below:
4/2/22 - Friday 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Class I
4/2/22 - Friday 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm - Class II
5/2/22 - Saturday 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Class III
5/2/22 - Saturday 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Class IV
5/2/22 - Saturday 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm - Class V

This meeting is mainly intended to discuss the academic performance of the students and prepare them for the forthcoming Session Ending Examination. The parents are appraised about the criteria for promotion to the next class.

Second PTA Meeting was conducted class wise by the HM, class teachers and subject teachers class-wise and the parents are appraised of the plan of studies, assessment and modalities of online classes. The meeting was scheduled on 03/09/2021 and 04/09/2021.
